This is a curated space to transform internal "garbage" into creative life force through the intuitive wisdom of the body.
By combining archetypal movement with deep somatic listening under a curated musical arch, we clear the path for you to re-inhabit your original nature—where you are physically free to be spontaneous, strange, and fully alive.

The Call:
We begin with an exploratory consultation to clarify the specific medicine your embodied transformation requires.
The Curation:
I design a custom soundscape and movement ritual tailored to your intentions.
The Journey:
In a held, sacred container, I guide you through a deep physical exploration to recover your BodySoul resonance.
Integration:
Processing journey insights through drawing or writing.
Post-session, I will send you the playlist I curated as well as any notes and questions to ground the process in.
A standard 1:1 session is 75 minutes.
Shorter, follow-up sessions are available by request.
