My Commitment to the Whole: This medicine sanctuary is built on a commitment to decolonial equity and collective liberation. This means I actively work to dismantle barriers to access—whether they are physical, sensory, or financial—because the Earth is our Body, and healing must be for all beings.

• Sensory Safety: I provide transcripts for all vocal transmissions and songs to support diverse processing needs. If you encounter a barrier in this digital garden, please reach out so we may bridge it together.

• Pacing: My offerings move at the speed of the Earth, not the machine. We prioritize nervous system regulation over productivity.

• Physical & Digital Grounding: If you encounter difficulties integrating or grounding after sessions with me, please reach out. 

• Financial Reciprocity: I offer sliding scale tiers because financial boundaries should be firm but never exclusionary to collective well-being.

To ensure This Moment's Medicine remains safe for all, we agree to the following:

I. Scope of Practice:

My work is a peer-to-peer odyssey of the soul. I practice creative and spiritual medicine, but I am not a medical professional. These practices are a companion to—not a substitute for—professional medical or mental health care. I reserve the right to pause our work and refer you to clinical professionals if your needs exceed spiritual stewardship.

II. Self-Stewardship & Physical Safety:

You are the ultimate authority of your own experience. You are always in control and may stop or slow down at any time. By engaging in this work, you agree to take full responsibility for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being as we navigate the odyssey of your healing.

• Somatic Responsibility: Movement is a physical act. You agree you are in adequate health for dance and are responsible for modifying movement to suit your body’s limitations. Karly Lee Moyers and Sheena Lee, LLC are not liable for any physical injuries sustained during your session.

• Consent and Boundaries: Your energetic and physical boundaries are sacred. Any physical touch used during ceremony is purely for grounding and support. You have the sovereign right to decline or withdraw consent for touch at any moment without explanation.

• The Shadow & The Weird: This work may involve altered states or facing The Shadow. You remain the steward of your own emotional "healing crises" or system reorganizations. Please ensure you have a grounded support system in place.

• Ancestral Journeys: You acknowledge that ancestral work may surface challenging histories; I provide the structure, but you navigate the interpersonal impact.

III. Professional Sanctity & Conduct:

This is a sacred, peer-to-peer container for spiritual and creative evolution. To maintain the safety of this ground, clear professional boundaries are required.

• Nature of Relationship: Our connection is strictly professional and spiritual; it is not a space for romantic, sexual, or personal solicitation.

• Zero Tolerance: Harassment, unwanted advances, or any behavior that violates the sanctuary of the practitioner or the collective will result in immediate termination of the session/contract without a refund. Your sovereignty ends where another’s safety begins.

• Community Sanctuary: In group settings, confidentiality is sacred. Stories told in the circle stay in the circle. I am not liable for the conduct of other participants

• Earth-Core Labor: These rituals and songs are born from my deep-tissue journey. Please do not reproduce or share them without express permission.

IV: The Oracle & The Navigator:

• Subjectivity: This work may involve altered states, deep meditation, or intuitive insights. These experiences are subjective. I do not claim these revelations as objective facts or medical diagnoses. Your interpretation of your journey is yours alone.

• The Navigator: While I facilitate space for direct revelation, all life decisions made following our sessions are the sole responsibility of the client. I offer the maps; you are the navigator of your own life’s path.

• The Process: Healing is a lifelong journey. I make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or the speed of your evolution. This work is a commitment to a process, not a promise of a result.

• Radical Non-Judgment: All expressions of "the weird" and the wild are honored.

• Confidentiality: Anything that arises—sounds, movements, or stories—stays within the temple of our session.

• The Digital Realm: While I take every precaution to ensure our digital sanctuary is private, you acknowledge the inherent risks of digital communication (Zoom/Video).

• No Leakage: Your information is never sold or traded. It stays within this root system.

I. The Anchor (The Client's Commitment):

Because I dedicate physical energy, time, and resources to preparing this container, registration is a "yes" to the process.

• Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits are the root of our work and are non-refundable. They ensure the sustainability of the sanctuary and the stewardship of our shared time.

• The Buffer: If unexpected chaos enters your life, I offer a full refund (minus the deposit) up to 48 hours before our journey begins.

• The Threshold: Within 48 hours of our session, the energy is fully committed, and refunds are no longer issued.

II. The Integrity Clause (The Practitioner's Commitment):

I honor the sacredness of our exchange. In the rare event that I (the practitioner) am unable to hold the space or provide the medicine due to illness or emergency:

• Rescheduling: We will first attempt to find a new time to ground our work.

• Full Restitution: If rescheduling is not possible, a 100% refund (including your deposit) will be issued immediately.
