The Journey
In a held, sacred container on Zoom or in person, I guide you through an immersive vocal exploration of warmups, toning, vocalizing, and reflection to reclaim your ability to heal with your own sound.
Integration
Post-session, I will send out notes and suggested techniques to further nurture your voice.
A standard 1:1 session is 75 minutes.
Shorter, follow-up sessions are available by request.
