I am offering a limited number of Anamchara sessions as I birth this work into being.
These containers are for those ready to anchor deeply into their own embodied medicine.
To ensure our resonance, all 1-on-1 work begins with a personal inquiry.
Vocal Medicine
Reclaim your Resonance
The voice is more than a tool for speech.
it is a bridge between your physical body
and your infinite spirit.
In a world that often asks us to silence our true selves,
Vocal Medicine is a sanctuary for coming back into resonance.
Whether you are seeking deep nervous system regulation,
a breakthrough in your creative expression,
or a direct line to Source energy...
your own voice is the most potent medicine you possess.
I invite you to step beyond the analytical mind
and into the primal, intuitive power of your own sound.
Our Process
The Call
We begin with an exploratory consultation to clarify the vocal weaving that meets your needs.
The Curation
I design a custom vocal journey tailored to your intentions.
The Journey
In a held, sacred container on Zoom or in person, I guide you through an immersive vocal exploration of warmups, toning, vocalizing, and reflection to reclaim your ability to heal with your own sound.
Integration
Post-session, I will send out notes and suggested techniques to further nurture your voice.
A standard 1:1 session is 75 minutes.
Shorter, follow-up sessions are available by request.
Choose Your Journey
I offer unique, intuitive sessions woven from Self-Sound Healing techniques, somatic practice, and vibrational transmission.
We work together to meet your body exactly where it is today.
Regulation | The Grounding
Soothing the nervous system and dissolving tension.
Through vowel toning, low-frequency humming, and intentional breath, we anchor your energy into the Earth.
This is for those seeking peace, presence, and a safe home
within their own skin.
Creative Expression | The Wild Tongue
Breaking through creative blocks by reclaiming your bizarre, beautiful, and unfiltered sounds. Techniques bypass the judging mind and
align you with your wild, felt truth.
This is for those seeking to play with the mystery and unleash their creative spirit.
Spiritual Connection | The Light Stream
A song for the soul that the mind doesn't need to translate.
This is vocal alchemy, allowing sound to move through you as a direct line to Source. We use "Light Language" to bypass our logic, letting frequency do the work that words cannot. It is a process of unlearning and unfolding, helping you land back into the truth of who you are.
This is for those ready to anchor a higher frequency into their daily life and remember their potential as a light being.
Lend your voice
to your body and
hear the songs
within you bloom.
Your own resonance is a clarifying,
cleansing source. I would be honored to accompany you home to it.
